At Birq Store, we offer a two-year Golden Warranty on all of our products.
We also provide a dedicated technical support team available throughout the week to resolve any issues you may face and to answer all your device-related inquiries.
Birq Golden Warranty Policy:
- The warranty is valid for two years on all products, provided that the purchase invoice is available.
- The warranty covers all defects resulting from manufacturing or quality issues. Please note that it does not cover shipping costs or technician visit fees to the customer’s location.
- The warranty does not cover misuse or improper use of the product.
- If we are unable to repair the device within 21 days, your device will be replaced with another device.
