At Birq Store, we offer a two-year Golden Warranty on all of our products.

We also provide a dedicated technical support team available throughout the week to resolve any issues you may face and to answer all your device-related inquiries.


Birq Golden Warranty Policy:

  1. The warranty is valid for two years on all products, provided that the purchase invoice is available.
  2. The warranty covers all defects resulting from manufacturing or quality issues. Please note that it does not cover shipping costs or technician visit fees to the customer’s location.
  3. The warranty does not cover misuse or improper use of the product.
  4. If we are unable to repair the device within 21 days, your device will be replaced with another device.
