Replacement and Returns Policy

If you wish to return or replace a product:

  • Please contact Customer Service via WhatsApp.
  • If you receive a defective product or a product with a fault upon first use, please contact us within 7 days maximum from the date of receiving the order via WhatsApp. In this case, Birq Store will cover the shipping costs and replace the device with another one (replacement only, no refund). If it is determined that there is no defect in the product, the customer will bear the full shipping costs and the cost of returning the device.
  • If a defect occurs during the specified warranty period after using the product, the device will be returned for inspection and maintenance for a period ranging from two weeks up to twenty-two days. If the issue cannot be resolved, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same type. If the same product is not available, the customer may choose either:
    • A replacement product of similar value
    • store credit voucher equal to the product value, usable at any time on our websiteA store credit voucher equal to the product value, usable at any time on our website
      Afterward, the repaired or replacement product will be shipped by Birq Store, and the customer bears the full shipping cost.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, exchange is allowed within 7 days, and returns are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date, provided that:
    • The product is in its original condition,
    • Includes all original contents,
    • Is unused, unopened.
    • The external packaging is not damaged.
      In this case, the customer bears round-trip shipping costs.
  • If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error by Birq Store during order preparation, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
  • For products that require installation, installation is carried out by independent technicians who have previously worked with many customers. The store bears no responsibility for the installation service.

Warranty Policy

  • All electronic devices are covered by a two-year full warranty from the date of purchase.
    A purchase invoice or order number must be provided to claim the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, breakage, or free accessories included with the products.
  • Note: Warranty, replacement, and returns do not apply to accessories or non-electronic products.

  • Note: If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to the sender by the shipping company, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping, delivery, and any applicable bank fees will be deducted from the refund
